Amanda Baker, Donald McDougal to wed in August

XELLSWORTH -- Charles and Cathy Baker, 5700 Elias Lloyd Road, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Baker, to Donald McDougal.
Parents of the future groom are Don and Chris McDougal, 3158 S. Lipkey Road, North Jackson.
Miss Baker graduated from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Ind., with a bachelor's degree in history. She is pursuing her juris doctorate in Chicago, and upon graduation in May will begin work at the law firm of Mayer, Brown, Howe and Maw in Chicago.
Mr. McDougal will graduate in June from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago with a degree in architectural engineering and will be employed by Turner Construction in Chicago.
An open wedding has been planned by the couple for 2 p.m. Aug. 5 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Austintown. Their evening reception will be held at The Butler Institute of American Art in Youngstown.
