DANGEROUS DAM: The Dover Dam holds back floodwater caused by significant rain in early 2005. The 70-year-old dam is among the nation's top 10 most at-risk dams and a large flood could cause it to fail, causing millions of dollars in damage to flooded properties, said the Army Corps of Engineers.
