Criminal damaging: Damage was reported at M & amp;M Auto Sales, 470 W. Main Street. Forcible entry was gained to the business.

Bad check: A man received a check for $4,700 that was not paid on after he deposited it in the bank.

Vandalism: A home in the 200 block of Topaz Circle was hit with 20 yellow paint balls.

Theft: A purse was taken at Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Avenue.
Attempted breaking and entering: At Emmanuel Community Church, 6512 Kirk Road.
Theft: Fuel was taken at Sheetz gas station, 5499 Mahoning Avenue.
Theft: Fuel was stolen from Sheetz gas station.
Theft: Fuel was stolen from Sheetz gas station, 5499 Mahoning Avenue.
Theft: Fuel was stolen from Sheetz gas station.
Attempted breaking and entering: At B & amp;R Wholesale Tire, 116 N. Meridian Road.
Theft: A mailbox and post were taken from a home in the 5000 block of West Webb Road.
Breaking and entering: A vehicle was driven through a gate at the site of construction of a new middle school, 800 S. Raccoon Road, but nothing appears to be missing.

Theft: A PSP game unit and a game were stolen from a home in the 20 block of Creed Avenue.
Drug offense: A Warren man was arrested on charges of drug abuse of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at the intersection of South Wickcliffe Circle at Mahoning Avenue.
Breaking and entering: A clubhouse and garage were entered and a tractor and equipment were taken at Champs Field, 600 N. Raccoon Road.
Burglary: A woman entered a house and removed possessions in the block of Kleber Avenue.
Theft: A man was arrested in a theft at K-Mart, 4475 Mahoning Avenue.
Theft: A 12-pack of Budweiser beer was stolen from Sheetz gas station.

Truck theft: A 1996 GMC pickup was stolen from a residence in the 300 block of North Meridian Road.
