Carrie Newell to be bride of David Harris

XThe engagement of Carrie R. Newell and David H. Harris is being announced by the couple and their parents.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Allen and Linda Daugherty of New Philadelphia, and Gregory and Doris Newell of Sherrodsville. Parents of the future groom are William and Barbara Harris of Poland.
Miss Newell earned a bachelor of business administration degree in finance and a master's degree in business administration from Kent State University. She received a secondary teaching license from Ashland University and is a business teacher with Stow-Munroe Falls City Schools. She is also head cheerleading coach at Stow-Munroe Falls High School.
Mr. Harris graduated from KSU with a bachelor's degree in marketing and management. He is a territory sales representative with Forest Pharmaceuticals.
The couple will be married April 8 at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Canton. Invitations will be extended for the ceremony and reception.
