Liberty police seeking suspect in armed robbery

LIBERTY -- Township police are looking for a man who robbed a couple at gunpoint in a parking lot Monday.
According to police reports, a man and woman were walking from the Station Square Restaurant at the Super 8 Motel on Belmont to the Holiday Inn on Belmont Monday evening when a man pulled a gun and demanded the woman's purse and the man's wallet. The gunman then ran off.
