Media personalities to be style show models

BOARDMAN -- The Angels of Easter Seals has chosen "Boutique Fashion Showcase 2006" as the theme for its 29th annual spring luncheon and style show to be held March 30 at Mr. Anthony's, 7440 South Ave.
Activities get under way with a social hour at 10:30 a.m. followed by the 11:30 luncheon and fashion show, for which local media personalities and Easter Seals children will serve as models.
Among those appearing on the fashion runway will be Frank Marzullo and Laurie Lehosky of WFMJ TV-21; Joe Aulisio, Sarah Eisler, Jennifer Brindisi, Niki Weirich and Paul Wetzl of WKBN TV- 27; Stan Boney, Amy Radinovic, Melissa Mack, Sabrina Lavdis, Angie Shaker, Gina Marinelli and Eva Mastromatteo of WYTV Channel 33; A.C. McCullough, Kelly Stevens and Jim Loboy of WHOT; Curt Arnold of The Vindicator; and Champ Summers (Anthony Vivo of the Easter Seals Board) of Clear Channel Radio.
Miss Ohio 2004, Amanda Beagle, will be a model and will also sing during the event.
For the 11th consecutive year, Bianca Severino, a former Easter Seals Poster Child, will walk on stage, accompanied by Boney.
Among raffle prizes to be awarded will be $1,000 cash; two cashmere wraps; a mall gift certificate; a 14-karat Italian bracelet; and three $500 savings bonds. Raffle tickets may be purchased from any Angel or by calling the Easter Seal Center at (330) 743-1168.
There will be a Chinese auction with gifts such as two airline tickets, a bread basket containing gift certificates valued at $300, and jewelry. A 50-50 drawing will also be held.
Tickets for the event are $30 an individual or $40 a patron. For an invitation or raffle tickets, call the center.
Proceeds from the show will benefit Easter Seals of Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties and will be used to help persons with disabilities or special needs.
Show chairwomen Betty Cmil, Geri Kosar and Julie Costas will head a committee consisting of Joyce Bozanich, Jacie Ridel, Mary Celeste Van Sickle, Debbie Liptak, Marlene Morrison, Sharon Musilli, Janet Murray, Lynn Mitchell, Diana D'Alisio and Virginia Gerberry. Susan Berny is president of Angels.
