Chapter's reception to kick off Red Cross month

NEW CASTLE -- The Beaver-Lawrence Chapter of the American Red Cross will be hosting a public reception to kick off American Red Cross month at 6 p.m. Thursday at New Castle Public Library.
Special events include a proclamation being issued by the Lawrence County commissioners and also stories being told by volunteers and individuals that were served in 2005.
