INDICTMENTS Mahoning County
A Mahoning County grand jury declined to indict Randy Edwards on a charge of possession of drugs. The grand jury did indict the following people, according to a report issued Thursday:
Christine A. Gergel, 40, Fifth Avenue, Hubbard; possession of drugs (two counts), improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle (two counts).
Robert Anderson, 28, homeless; burglary.
James D. Kerensky, 23, North Evanston Avenue, Youngstown; receiving stolen property.
Peter DelBoverlando, aka Pete Orlando, 36, Fourth Street, Ellwood City, Pa., and Oak Street, New Castle, Pa.; breaking and entering, vandalism.
Ismael A. Martinez, 19, Oakcrest Avenue, Austintown; possession of cocaine.Robert M. Lacerva, 36, Church Hill Road, Girard, and Maplecrest Drive, Austintown; receiving stolen property (two counts), theft.
Aaron T. Profanchik Sr., 18, Reed Avenue, Campbell; burglary
Nicholas Nacarato, 46, Budd Street, Masury; possession of cocaine..
Robert P. Villanueva, 34, Rigby Street, Youngstown; breaking and entering.
Anthony McPeters, 41, West Delason Avenue, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
Raymond Underwood Jr., 48, Oak Street S.W., Warren; possession of cocaine.
John N. Lee, 39, Westminster Avenue, Austintown; robbery.
Daniel S. Krotky, 38, South Truesdale Avenue, Youngstown; aggravated menacing, resisting arrest.
Norman Hettrick Jr., 37, Birchcrest Drive, Austintown; domestic violence.
Michael A. Masters, 22, Covert Road, New Castle, Pa.; receiving stolen property, theft
Milfred Sponaugle, aka Milford Sponaugle, Mahoning Avenue, Youngstown; theft.
Anthony M. Salata, 31, Chattanooga Avenue and East Midlothian Boulevard, Youngstown; assault.
Ama Dodson, 21, Roxbury Avenue, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
Stephen E. Blazo, 39, New Road, Austintown; burglary, receiving stolen property, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.
Devon Culver, 28, Delaware Avenue, Youngstown, and Robbie L. Shelton, 30, Miami Avenue, Youngstown; possession of cocaine (two counts) with forfeiture specifications.
Michael V. DeLucia, 49, Brownlee Avenue, Youngstown; trafficking in drugs (five counts), possession of drugs.
The grand jury also issued seven secret indictments -- two for two counts each of trafficking in cocaine, one for one count of possession of drugs with forfeiture specification, one for two counts of trafficking in drugs, one for four counts of trafficking in drugs, one for one count of trafficking in drugs with forfeiture specification and one for six counts of trafficking in cocaine with forfeiture specifications.
