Rep. Ryan escorts Italy's Berlusconi

WASHINGTON -- U.S. Rep. Tim Ryan of Niles, D-17th, was among 14 members of Congress to escort Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi onto the U.S. House floor Wednesday.
The prime minister gave a speech to a joint session of Congress. Ryan, an Italian-American, said he talked with Berlusconi about the congressman's Italian heritage and time he spent studying in Italy during college.
