Second buyout wave approved for Delphi
A BANKRUPTCY judge in New York has approved attrition programs that will be offered to more than 17,000 Delphi Corp. employees, including about 3,800 in the Mahoning Valley. The decision allows the auto parts supplier to move forward on a second wave of buyout and early retirement offers.
