XPOLAND -- Jill Michelle Tall, 6253 Clingan Road, and Thomas Daniel Gifford, North Park Avenue, Warren, were united in marriage during a 1 p.m. ceremony May 27 at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church.
The Rev. Rusty Wills officiated for the daughter of Jim and Jeanne Tall, 6437 Youngdale Ave. N.W., Canton, and the son of Joyce Gifford, 3669 Beechwood Ave. N.E., Warren, and the late Thomas W. Gifford.
After receiving congratulations during a reception at the DeBartolo Stadium Club at Youngstown State University, the couple departed on a honeymoon to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla.
They are living at the Clingan Road address.
The bride wore a strapless, A-line gown of diamond-white satin fashioned with a sweetheart neckline and corset back and embellished with Swarovski crystals.
Molly Lytikainen of Montclair, Va., was honor attendant, and bridesmaids were Kerry Horvath of Warren and Jennifer Diggins of Youngstown. They wore cranberry-colored gowns.,
Best man was Chet Cooper of Canfield, and groomsmen were Bob Horvath of Warren and Joe Wrenn of Youngstown.
The bride is an assistant professor in the biological sciences department at Youngstown State University after receiving her doctorate from Kent State University.
The groom is a fourth-year medical student at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pa.
