Breaking and entering: Village police assisted township authorities after someone broke into Eastpoint Place Deli, 8828 Youngstown-Poland Road.

June 22
Theft: A man reported a stereo was removed from his car at Cinema South Inc., 7420 South Ave.
Bad check: Someone tried to pass a forged, stolen check at First Place Bank, 724 Boardman-Poland Road.
Theft: Property was stolen from DFK Fabrications Inc., 637 Bev Road.
Unauthorized use of a vehicle: A woman in the 6000 block of Applecrest Court said her vehicle was used without her consent.
Assault: A man told police he was assaulted while at Jolly Joe's Joe to Go, 7631 South Ave.
Assault/criminal damaging: A man reported that he was assaulted at Gabriel Bros., 850 Boardman-Poland Road, and that his vehicle was damaged.
Burglary: A break-in occurred to an apartment in the 5000 block of Aravesta Avenue.
Domestic violence: Police arrested a 46-year-old woman at her Erskine Avenue residence on a domestic-violence charge after a female family member reported being assaulted.
Assault: Police picked up an 18-year-old East Palestine woman on an assault charge pertaining to a recent incident in the township.
June 23
Criminal damage: A man found out someone tossed eggs at his home in the 700 block of Sabrina Drive.
Arrest: Officers arrested a 19-year-old Boardman man in the 40 block of Boardman-Poland Road on charges of carrying a concealed weapon, obstructing official business and receiving stolen property. The man was in possession of stolen property, including a sword and knives, police said.
Burglary: A man reported someone broke into his apartment in the 100 block of Stadler Court.
Theft: A woman in the 4600 block of South Avenue discovered property missing from her vehicle.
Theft: Someone stole a cellular phone from Radio Shack, 7131 Tiffany Blvd.
Theft: Police arrested a Poland woman, 49, on a theft charge after merchandise was stolen from Kohl's, 383 Boardman-Poland Road.
Theft: A Crestline Drive woman noticed money had been removed from her bank account without authorization.
Theft: Police took a 50-year-old Youngstown man into custody on a theft count after items were taken from Sears in the Southern Park Mall.
Drugs: After stopping a vehicle near Indianola Road and Market Street, authorities took into custody a man, 34, and a woman, 35, both from Campbell. The man was wanted on a warrant from the Texas Department of Parole relating to a charge of trafficking in drugs; the woman faced one count each of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
Burglary: A woman in the 80 block of Indianola Road discovered a break-in to her apartment.
Criminal damage: A man came out of Petland, 7338 Market St., and found damage to his vehicle.
Arrests: Authorities made three arrests after responding to a report of two runaway juveniles from Florida at Bruno Bros. Pizza, 8381 Market St. Taken into custody at the nearby Days Inn, 8392 Market, were a 25-year-old Jacksonville, Fla., man on a charge of obstructing official business, a Yulee, Fla., boy, 15, and a Fernandina Beach, Fla., girl, 16. The teens were charged with being unruly juveniles (runaways).
Criminal damage: A man left Cinema South and found that someone had put dents in his car and used a key to damage its finish.
Criminal damaging: A man in the 800 block of Squirrel Hill Drive reported someone tossed eggs and used a key to damage his vehicle.
Theft: A 35-year-old Struthers man was arrested in Youngstown when police learned he was wanted on a felony warrant from Boardman. He faced one count of theft.
Arrest: Liberty authorities held a Youngstown man, 40, wanted on a felony warrant from Boardman charging him with receiving stolen property.
Arrest: Police arrested a 22-year-old Youngstown man near Cinema South. He was wanted on a warrant as well as on a charge of domestic violence.
June 24
Damage: Someone struck the rear of a home in the 700 block of Sabrina Drive with eggs.
Theft: A man in the 5600 block of Loretta Drive reported his wife's purse was removed from his vehicle.
Criminal mischief: A woman called police after she discovered a bush had been tampered with at her Island Drive home.
Burglary: A woman reported a break-in to her home in the 300 block of Meadowbrook Avenue.
Theft: A motorist pumped gasoline at Country Fair Food Store, 7465 South Ave., and left without paying.
Theft: Police arrested a 13-year-old Youngstown girl on a theft charge after three shirts were stolen from Value City Department Store, 1130 Boardman-Poland Road.
Arrest: After a man reported his daughter was approached by a suspicious person at Boardman Sparkle Market, 6315 Market St., authorities arrested a 32-year-old Fowler man. He was charged with improper handling of a firearm after police said they found a loaded handgun during the traffic stop.
Burglary: Officers took custody of a Boardman man, 26, after a Melbourne Avenue man said he caught and detained someone in his home removing a TV during a burglary. Charges against the suspect were burglary, possession of criminal tools and theft; one count of criminal damaging was added after police say he confessed trying to steal a car from Chili's Grill & amp; Bar, 7403 Market St.
Attempted burglary: Someone tried to break into a residence in the 700 block of Annawan Lane.
Burglary: A man returned from vacation to his residence in the 4200 block of Milltrace Drive and discovered two handguns and various medications missing.
Drugs: During a traffic stop, officers arrested a 25-year-old Boardman woman on charges of possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia after saying they found suspected cocaine in the vehicle.
Arrest: Police arrested a Boardman man, 58, when they pulled him over for driving after one of his tires fell off. He was charged with having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and operating a vehicle under the influence.
June 25
Theft/unauthorized use of a vehicle: A man in the 4000 block of South Avenue accused his girlfriend of removing three phones from his residence and using his 1989 Chevrolet Blazer without permission.
Auto theft: A woman reported the theft of her 1994 Buick Century while at Boardman Care Center, 5665 South Ave.
Attempted auto theft: Someone tried to steal a 1995 Buick LeSabre at Forum Health Beeghly Oaks, 6505 Market St.
Criminal mischief: Someone drove on a lawn in the 6300 block of Tara Drive.
Theft: A woman in the 100 block of Roche Way discovered property missing from her vehicle.
Theft: A man reported the theft of a cellular phone while at the Laundry Basket, 978 Mathews Road.
Theft: A woman at Laundry Stop Inc., 5050 Youngstown-Poland Road, told police some of her children's clothing was taken from a dryer.
Theft: A man in the 8400 block of Crystal Drive reported property stolen from his car.
Drugs: Officers cited a 25-year-old Euclid, Ohio, woman during a traffic stop in the township. The charge was possession of marijuana.
Arrests: Police took a Boardman man, 23, and a Hubbard man, 25, into custody after saying they found a knife and a bag of suspected cocaine during a traffic stop. One man was charged with possession of cocaine, the other with carrying a concealed weapon.

Theft: A man reported his insulin pump stolen from a locker at the YMCA, 45 McClurg Road.
Theft: Property was stolen from Kaleel Bros. Inc., 761 Bev Road.
Theft: A man reported his wallet stolen while at Camelot Lanes, 628 Boardman-Canfield Road.
Criminal damage: A vehicle was damaged at Giant Eagle, 476 Boardman-Canfield Road.
Misuse of a credit card: A woman told police her Discover card had been stolen in Niles and was used at Gabriel Bros.
Theft: A woman reported a wooden glider and a chair were removed from her front porch in the 4000 block of South Avenue.
Stolen property: A Boardman man, 19, and a Youngstown man, 20, were charged with receiving stolen property after police say the pair was in possession of a wheelchair that had been stolen from Giant Eagle, 1201 Doral Drive.
Arrests: Officers made three arrests after stopping a vehicle determined to have been stolen in Boardman. A North Lima man, 35, was charged with receiving stolen property (auto); two 41-year-old Youngstown women were wanted on a warrant, and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. The three were wanted on a series of warrants accusing them of receiving stolen property, theft, solicitation, probation violation and obstructing official business.
