Justina Bohar, Brad Hertzler to wed Sept. 2

XJustina Bohar, 3856 Columbia Pike, Arlington, Va., formerly of Youngstown, a daughter of Joyce A. Latura of Tumacacori, Ariz., and Brad Hertzler, 1841 Ninth St. N.W., Washington, a son of Helen and Dean Hertzler of Mount Joy, Pa., are announcing their engagement.
The bride-elect, a registered nurse in the emergency department of Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, graduated from Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, Va., with a bachelor's degree in nursing.
The prospective groom is a registered nurse in the telemetry unit at the hospital. He also graduated from EMU with a degree in nursing.
The couple will be married Sept. 2 in Mount Joy.
