Highlights of council special meeting Monday:
Appropriated $265,000 from the sewer fund to help pay for an upgrade of sanitary sewers on Belmont Avenue and sections of Thomas and Forest streets to relieve basement flooding. The estimated cost is $681,000.
Added North Bentley Avenue to this year's street resurfacing program. It will cost $36,500 in resurface the street.
