2 die in deliberately set fire at Akron home

AKRON (AP) -- A deliberately set fire killed two people and injured a third early Sunday at a home on the city's west side, authorities said.
"It was a Molotov cocktail that was thrown onto the porch," fire Lt. Steve Stinson said.
Autopsies on the 55-year-old man and 41-year-old woman, whose names weren't released because relatives hadn't been notified, had not been conducted as of Sunday evening.
A 17-year-old girl who escaped from the wooden-frame house was being treated at Akron City Hospital, Stinson said. He did not know her condition, and hospital officials would not release it without her name.
The three were believed to be family members, Stinson said.
Authorities did not release information on any suspect in the blaze, which started just after 5 a.m.
