New Waterford church welcomes pastor

NEW WATERFORD -- The Rev. Mark Vincent of Mingo Junction, Ohio, is the new pastor at New Waterford United Methodist Church. He will present his first service at 10 a.m. July 2.
The Rev. Mr. Vincent graduated from Asbury College in Wilmore, Ky., with a bachelor of arts degree in Bible and theology. He received a master of divinity at Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas City. He attended Finley United Methodist Church in Steubenville.
Mr. Vincent is married to the former Cristal Bell of Newell, W.Va. She served as a youth leader at United Brethren Church in East Liverpool and as youth pastor at Irondale Church of the Nazarene in Irondale, Ohio.
The church has Christian education at 9 a.m. with worship at 10 a.m. Sundays.
