YOUNGSTOWN -- "Paradise in the Gardens" has been chosen as the theme for a garden party to be held at 6 p.m. July 28 in the gardens at Mill Creek Park by Friends of Fellows Riverside Gardens.
The evening will include music by 7-Mile Isle Steel Drum Band, and there will be a display of colorful live birds presented by David Lombard, owner of Exotic Pet Birds.
