In a report issued Thursday, the Mahoning County grand jury declined to indict Latoya Martin on a charge of obstructing justice. It issued a secret indictment on two counts of murder, two counts of felonious assault, two counts of improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation, with a firearm specification on all charges. The names of people secretly indicted are not made public until they're arrested. The following were also indicted:
Kenneth Plants, 42, of East Midlothian Boulevard, Youngstown, three counts of rape of a girl between age of 4 and 6.
Krista A. Wheatley, 22, and Darell J. Perez, 20, both of Aravesta Avenue, Youngstown, theft.
Austin Young, 18, of Firnley Avenue, Youngstown, six counts of aggravated robbery with firearms specifications, being a felon in possession of weapons, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer and receiving stolen property.
Melissa Lynn Lopez, 23, of The Bronx, N.Y., carrying concealed weapons.
Thomas R. Cole, 26, of 7th Street, Struthers, criminal trespass.
George M. Costello, 41, of West Boulevard, Boardman, two counts of DUI, alcohol.
Joseph E. Potkanowicz, 45, of Detroit Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated burglary, violation of a protection order and two counts of felonious assault.
