County commissioners face a possible breach of contract lawsuit.

WARREN -- Trumbull County commissioners have delayed approving an agreement that would allow a $100,000 state grant to be used to repair Aeropark Drive in a Vienna industrial park.
"There are more cracks in my driveway than in Aeropark," Commissioner James G. Tsagaris said during the commissioners' Wednesday meeting before the issue was tabled.
Tsagaris said he wants fellow commissioners Dan Polivka and Paul Heltzel to look at Aeropark before making a decision. Tsagaris said he believes that other county-maintained roads are in much worse condition.
The $100,000 has already been received from the Ohio Department of Development, and commissioners awarded a $73,743 contract May 3 to Parella Pannunzio Inc. of Youngstown to perform the work.
An agreement that would have allowed the county engineer to pay for the work and be reimbursed by the county planning commission, the grant administrator, was tabled.
A resolution approving a change order of $20,250 for the project was also tabled. Parella Pannunzio is requesting the added money to connect the old concrete to new con-
