LIBERTY
June 13
Drugs: After pulling over a car on Motor Inn Drive for missing its front license plate, officers arrested a Youngstown woman, 19, on charges of drug abuse (cocaine) and driving under suspension. Four bags of suspected cocaine were in the woman's purse, police said.
Theft: A man in the 4300 block of Sampson Road reported the theft of an undetermined amount of money from his truck.
Theft/recovered property: A Fifth Avenue woman called police after her dog and a 20-inch mountain bike were missing. Both were recovered.
Arrest: Police picked up an 18-year-old Poland man at the Knights Inn, 1600 Motor Inn Drive, on a warrant from Austintown charging him with theft.
Assault: A Tuttle Drive man alleged his neighbor, 28, kicked him in the rib cage and fled. The victim was injured.
June 14
Drugs: Authorities arrested a 36-year-old woman at her Hubbard home on warrants from Liberty. She faced charges of illegal processing of drug documents, theft of drugs and aggravated possession of drugs, all felonies.
Theft: A man noticed a bicycle missing from near his garage in the 1300 block of West Montrose Street.
Criminal damaging: Two windows were broken at a building in the 3100 block of Belmont Avenue, resulting in $200 worth of damage.
June 15
Arrest: Police apprehended an Akron man, 20, near Green Acres and Colonial drives on a warrant from Austintown. A probation-violation charge was pending.
Criminal damaging: Several people told police they saw two Warren boys, 5 and 9, breaking windows at RWC Rentals, 5140 Belmont Ave.
June 16
Drugs After stopping a vehicle at the Tallyho-tel, 4249 Belmont Ave., police arrested a 49-year-old New Castle, Pa., man on charges of carrying a concealed weapon, being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm and possession of crack cocaine and cocaine powder. A 9 mm firearm was found, officers said.
Arrest: After responding to a report of a possible runaway juvenile in a wooded area near the Holiday Inn MetroPlex, 1620 Motor Inn Drive, officers took a 26-year-old Youngstown man into custody on a charge of interference with custody. He was accused of keeping the girl from her grandmother.
Identity theft: A Holly Drive woman found out someone used her identity to open several utility accounts, and that she was told she owed $2,853 to Dominion East Ohio Gas Co.
Theft: A man in the 5000 block of Fifth Avenue reported his son's bicycle stolen.
Arrests: Police stopped a vehicle at the Colonial Plaza, 3109 Belmont Ave., and arrested two Youngstown men, 27 and 28. One faced charges of carrying a concealed weapon, being a convicted felon with a firearm and possession of marijuana; the other was charged with driving under suspension and having no operator's license. Four grams of suspected marijuana and a loaded .45-caliber handgun were found, police said.

Theft: A worker at Rite Aid Pharmacy, 2704 Belmont Ave., reported a man in his 30s stole her wallet and various personal documents.
Auto theft: A 2000 Chevrolet Tracker was stolen from a residence in the 3000 block of Northgate Road.

Theft: A Fifth Avenue resident reported the theft of his bicycle at Pizza Works, 483 N. Main St.

Criminal mischief: Someone caused damage to an area near ATC Lighting Products Inc., 400 Myron St.
Criminal mischief: Two people tossed a car battery into a swimming pool in the 500 block of Stewart Street.
June 16
Theft: Gasoline was stolen from a Shell True North station, 204 W. Liberty St.
Theft: A man reported property taken from his home in the 100 block of Drummond Street.
Criminal damaging: Someone damaged a machine at Deer Creek Golf Course, 7760 E. Liberty St., in an effort to break into it.
June 17
Criminal mischief: A vehicle was damaged in the 100 block of Hillcrest Avenue.
June 18
Criminal damaging: A man told police someone in a blue Volkswagen tossed a can of beer, damaging his windshield, as he drove on West Liberty Street.
June 19
Robbery: An employee at Hubbard Gas & amp; Mini Mart, 175 Youngstown-Hubbard Road, told authorities two gunmen in black clothing robbed the business.
Breaking and entering: An Oakdale Drive man accused his former wife of breaking into his garage.
Criminal mischief: Someone moved a pole at Waugh Field in the township, used to block vehicles.
