June 13
Criminal trespassing: An Evergreen Drive man said someone had entered his work truck.
June 14
Attempted breaking and entering: Three Struthers boys, two age 12 and one age 14, were arrested after trying to gain entry to the former post office building on Sheridan Road.
June 15
Arrests: Police arrested a 19-year-old Hastings, Neb., man and a 43-year-old Beaumont, Texas, man on charges of soliciting near Edna and Diana drives. The pair had no permit.

June 12
Domestic violence: Police picked up a 31-year-old Youngstown man on a warrant from Boardman charging him with domestic violence. The man also was wanted on a warrant charging him with violation of a contempt-of-court order
Bad check: A customer presented a fake travelers check to pay for merchandise at Kmart, 1209 Boardman-Poland Road
Theft: A man in the 1800 block of Oles Avenue found out someone entered a shed and removed a four-wheeler vehicle
Theft: A woman discovered a temporary tag missing from her car when she came out of Pettiti's Garden Center, 5509 South Ave.
Theft: A woman reported the theft of her cellular phone while at Target, 417 Boardman-Poland Road
Criminal mischief: A woman told police eggs were tossed at her home in the 8000 block of East Parkside Court
Arrests: Police arrested an East Palestine man, 27, and a Boardman man, 41, while investigating a disturbance in the 50 block of Indianola Road. Each was charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing official business.
June 13
Theft: A radio was taken from a vehicle in the 7400 block of West Boulevard.
Theft: Police arrested a 24-year-old Youngstown man on a theft charge after a bottle of cologne was stolen from Value City Department Store, 1130 Boardman-Poland Road
Recovered property: Police found a stolen vehicle at East of Chicago Pizza, 92 Boardman-Poland Road
Theft: A man discovered property was stolen from his car at the Southern Park Mall
Assault: A man reported being assaulted in the Southern Park Mall parking lot
Vandalism: Authorities took an 18-year-old Campbell man into custody on a charge of vandalism. A driver near Glenwood Avenue and U.S. Route 224 told police someone tossed an egg at his car, damaging its paint
Theft: Gasoline was stolen from a Get Go station, 6911 South Ave.
Arrest: While responding to a report of a body lying in the grass in the 7400 block of Salinas Trail, officers took arrested a Boardman man, 42. He was charged with obstructing official business, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct
Theft: Police picked up a 50-year-old Boardman man on a warrant charging him with theft. He was accused of stealing a pair of shoes from Shoe Carnival, 550 Boardman-Poland Road
Arrest: A 38-year-old Warren woman was arrested on a warrant from Boardman charging her with child endangering. Police accused the woman of leaving children in her vehicle unattended while she was at a store on South Avenue.

Burglary: A woman reported a break-in at her Aravesta Avenue residence
Arrest: Police took a 42-year-old woman into custody at her Sheldon Avenue residence on charges of domestic violence, child endangering, resisting arrest and obstructing official business
Criminal damaging: A man in the 7500 block of Hitchcock Road reported property damage
Theft: Merchandise was stolen from Rondinelli Tuxedo Rental, 207 Boardman-Canfield Road
Theft: A man reported the theft of a cellular phone while at Boardman High School, 7777 Glenwood Ave.
Criminal damaging: Someone tossed an egg at a sport-utility vehicle in the 800 block of Squirrel Hill Drive
Unauthorized use of a vehicle: A Glen Park Road woman said her vehicle was used without permission
Criminal damaging: A Carter Circle woman discovered someone tried to steal a stereo from her car
Theft: A woman reported her purse stolen while at Kohl's, 383 Boardman-Poland Road
Drugs: Police made an arrest in the 5100 block of Market Street, charging a 40-year-old Youngstown man with possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing official business and disorderly conduct
Arrest: A 27-year-old Indianola Road woman was arrested at her home on a child-endangering charge
Citations: Officers cited a 19-year-old Columbus man and a 23-year-old Montebello, Calif., man on Tracy Drive on charges of soliciting without a valid permit
Theft: A Vineland Place man told police he paid for landscaping services that were never performed.
Arrest: Police arrested a Boardman man, 23, at the Mahoning County Jail on a felony warrant charging him with the theft of drugs
Assault: A Boardman boy, 12, was arrested and charged with one count of assault.

Breaking and entering: Someone broke into Lockwood United Methodist Church, 4570 Lockwood Blvd.
Identity fraud: A Hickory Hill Drive man discovered his identity was used via the Internet to open a credit/debit account
Theft: A weed trimmer was removed from a job site near Master's Landscaping, 6748 Appleridge Circle
Theft: A man reported his wallet stolen, and that his credit card was used without authorization at a Shell gas station, 998 E. Western Reserve Road
Assault: A man reported his son was assaulted at Boardman High School
Assault: A man told police a juvenile fired a pellet gun at the victim's 4-year-old son on Sierra Madre Trail
Theft: Items were stolen from Dollar General, 271 Boardman-Canfield Road
Recovered property: A man reported his sister recovered their mother's vehicle, which had been reported stolen in Youngstown, in the 400 block of Afton Avenue
Theft: A movie poster was stolen from Tinsletown USA, 7401 Market St.
Arrest: A 48-year-old Howland woman was arrested at her home on a charge of aggravated theft by deception, a first-degree felony, pertaining to an incident in the township
Arrest: Police apprehended a Youngstown boy, 16, in the 5000 block of Market Street. He was charged with telecommunications harassment.

Theft: A woman reported the theft of property while at Burger King, 1403 Boardman-Canfield Road
Endangering: Police were called to the Southern Park Mall after an infant was left unattended in a running vehicle
Theft: A Waggaman Circle woman told officers she paid for services that were never performed
Criminal damaging: A man in the 7000 block of Oregon Trail discovered damage to his truck
Felonious assault: Authorities arrested a 16-year-old boy on charges of felonious assault and aggravated menacing after someone in the 100 block of Mathews Road reported being stabbed with a knife and having his life threatened
Robbery: A man called police after someone stole various papers from his vehicle and assaulted the victim at Splash & amp; Shine Auto Bath, 869 E. Midlothian Blvd.
Felonious assault: A woman in the 5000 block of Aravesta Avenue reported being cut with a meat cleaver
Breaking and entering: Someone broke into South Avenue Cycle Inc., 7661 South Ave., and stole three all-terrain vehicles
Assault: A woman in the 7300 block of Eisenhower Drive reported being assaulted
Arrest: While conducting a traffic stop in the township, officers arrested a 28-year-old Canal Winchester, Ohio, woman on a warrant from Mahoning County charging her with three counts of passing bad checks.
