Greg McGlynn scored three runs. For Dennys, Matt Smith had two hits, including a home run. Mike Raffa and Doug Hurdley had two hits each.

Astros were led by Ron Bovo with three hits, Tim Cheslik with two hits (including a homer) and two runs scored, Sean Murphy with two hits, Jim Behnke with a three-run homer and Sutton Whiting with a triple.
