Corso-Schiemer engagement is being announced

POLAND -- Mr. and Mrs. Frank A. Corso, 1784 Alverne Drive, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Jacqueline M. Corso of the same address, and Michael Schiemer, 4062 National Pike, Farmington, Pa.
Parents of the future groom are Mr. and Mrs. John Schiemer of Clarks Mills, Pa., and Ms. Carlene Schiemer of Greenville, Pa.
Miss Corso graduated from Thiel College in Greenville with a bachelor's degree and from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with a certificate in graphic design.
Mr. Schiemer earned a bachelor's degree in business administration at Thiel and received a certificate in culinary arts from AIP. He is a first chef at Nemicolin Woodlands Resort and Spa in Farmington and is also a first lieutenant with A Battery 1/107th Field Artillery in Hermitage, Pa.
The couple have chosen Sept. 30 for their 2 p.m. wedding at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Greenville. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and for an evening reception at the Hickory VFW Hall in Sharon, Pa.
