GIRARD
June 10
Theft: An employee at JC Auto Repair, 227 N. State St., discovered at least $3,000 missing from the business.
June 11
Assault: A Youngstown woman alleged her boyfriend, 41, slammed her against a wall and struck her in the mouth during an argument at his Broadview Avenue residence. The boyfriend said she attacked him.
Assault: Three people alleged a Warren man, 21, struck them with his vehicle at a home in the 200 block of East Howard Street.
June 12
Possible vehicle theft: An employee of an Oklahoma City truck rental company told police a Girard man rented a truck and trailer and failed to return both.
Damage: A woman in the 200 block of East Kline Street found her fence had been damaged.
June 13
Theft: A woman in the 10 block of Clermont Street reported an FM tuner/compact-disc player and $20 stolen from her two vehicles.
Criminal damaging: A man in the 200 block of Pawnee Court found two holes in a window after someone shot it with a paint ball.
Misuse of a credit card: A woman in the 1000 block of North Ward Avenue told officers her debit card had been used without her knowledge.
June 14
Fraud: A Powers Avenue woman reported that Sears contacted her regarding an overdue account, but that she never opened one with the company.
Auto theft: A Beechwood Drive man reported his 1995 Pontiac Bonneville stolen while he was at a residence in the 900 block of Woodlawn Avenue.
Theft: A worker at JC Auto Repair accused a former employee of stealing $500 worth of assorted hand tools from the business.
Criminal mischief: A couple discovered someone shot a front window at their Lincoln Avenue home with a paint ball.

June 6
Theft: A rear license plate was stolen off a vehicle in the 3800 block of Orchard Avenue.
Theft: A woman reported two diamond rings, a diamond bracelet and diamond earrings missing from her home in the 4800 block of Logan Way. The loss was estimated at $2,150.
June 7
Breaking and entering: A Youngstown man discovered $800 missing after someone entered his room at the Tallyho-tel, 4249 Belmont Ave.
Theft: A welder and a generator were stolen from TW Pettit, 1670 Keefer Road. The loss came to $3,300.
Theft: A man reported someone took two tires off a vehicle at a residence in the 1900 block of Harding Avenue and replaced them with two other tires.
June 8
Criminal damaging: A Marla Lane man found his vehicle's passenger-side tires had been slashed, resulting in $200 worth of damage.
Attempted theft: A woman in the 1300 block of West Montrose Street reported seeing a Youngstown woman going through the victim's purse.
Theft: An undetermined amount of diesel fuel was removed from several trucks at Delliquadri Lawn Maintenance & amp; Landscaping, 1240 Trumbull Ave.
June 9
Arrest: A 24-year-old man was taken into custody at his Trumbull Court residence on three warrants. Charges of falsification, possession of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse were pending.
Drugs: While investigating suspicious activity in the 3000 block of Green Acres Drive, authorities arrested a 33-year-old Youngstown man after finding three bags of suspected marijuana. He was charged with possession of drugs.
Theft of services: An employee at Skip's Auto Service, 4647 Belmont Ave., reported a Boardman woman, 46, left without paying for $684 worth of parts and repairs to her car.
Misuse of a credit card: A man in the 2700 block of Homestead Road found out his credit-card number had been used via the Internet to make $410 worth of fraudulent charges.
June 10
Arrest: A 51-year-old Girard man faces charges of theft and criminal trespassing after a 12-pack of beer was stolen from a Speedway gas station, 4210 Belmont Ave. Police learned the man also was wanted on a warrant from Vienna Township charging him with domestic violence.
Arrest: After his car was pulled over on Logan Gate Road, a 19-year-old Youngstown man was arrested when police found a loaded firearm and suspected marijuana in the vehicle. At the time of the report, the man had been charged with having no front license plate and failure to wear a seat belt.
Arrest: Police stopped a vehicle near the Super 8 Motel, 4250 Belmont Ave., and arrested a 33-year-old Warren man on warrants charging falsification and obstructing official business were pending.
Vehicle theft: A man reported his 1998 Plymouth Caravan stolen from his Tuttle Drive home.
Criminal damaging: A Masury man said someone hit his truck with several stones, causing $800 worth of damage to its windshield and rear window, while he was at Liberty Health Care Center, 1355 Church Hill-Hubbard Road. A Hubbard man reported similar damage to his vehicle.
Breaking and entering: Someone broke into a vehicle at Motor City USA, 4506 Belmont Ave., and took a TV and a CD/DVD player, for a $1,000 loss.
Criminal damaging: A woman in the 400 block of Goldie Road called police after someone tossed eggs at several cars and at her residence.
June 11
Theft: Three people tried to steal a box of condoms from Rite Aid Pharmacy, 2704 Belmont Ave.
Breaking and entering: A Girard woman discovered someone entered her recreational vehicle parked at Amherst Storage, 1619 Amherst St., and removed a refrigerator, a gas range and a microwave oven.
Burglary: A man and a woman reported their home in the 5300 block of Lakeview Drive had been entered. Stolen were a security camera, two TVs and various tools.
June 12
Arrest: A Campbell man, 26, was taken into custody during a traffic stop on Trumbull Court on a felony charge of receiving stolen property. Police sought to dismiss the charge, however, after they discovered a booking photograph thought to have been his was that of someone using the man's identity.
June 14
Drugs: Police picked up a woman, 36, at her Glade Street residence on felony warrants charging her with illegal processing of drug documents, theft of drugs and aggravated possession of drugs.
Theft: A woman reported the theft of a bicycle from her home in the 1300 block of West Montrose Street.
