Moss won't be charged
LONDON -- British prosecutors said they will not charge Kate Moss on allegations of cocaine use in a west London music studio last year.
The Daily Mirror published pictures in September of the 32-year-old supermodel apparently using cocaine in a studio where her then-boyfriend, Pete Doherty, was recording with his group Babyshambles.
On Thursday, the Crown Prosecution Service said there was "insufficient evidence" to charge Moss.
Rene Barclay, the CPS' London director of serious casework, said there was an "absolutely clear indication" that Moss had been using an illegal substance.
"However, in the absence of any forensic evidence, or direct eyewitness evidence about the substance in question, its precise nature could not be established," he said.
i'Idol's' Taylor Hicksis 'hottest bachelor'
NEW YORK -- "American Idol" Taylor Hicks is ranked as the No. 1 "hottest bachelor" by People magazine -- and he's looking for love.
The 29-year-old silver-haired crooner tops People's list in the magazine's new issue, on newsstands today. But the "Idol" winner says he'd happily give up his bachelor days.
"There's been no time," Hicks says of his dating life. "Now, I wouldn't mind spending the rest of my life with the right woman."
Hicks also wants to find a woman he exchanged glances with on a recent airline flight. Of the mystery blonde, he says, "We waved and did a double-take look. It seemed like something out of a movie."
The magazine has set up e-mail and mailing addresses for the mystery woman to contact Hicks.
Joining 'Inside Edition'
LOS ANGELES -- Lisa Guerrero, best known for her season-long stint as a sideline reporter on "Monday Night Football," has been named West Coast correspondent for the newsmagazine "Inside Edition," executive producer Charles Lachman announced Thursday.
As a broadcaster, Guerrero has covered the Golden Globes, Academy Awards, Super Bowl and World Series. Her first story for "Inside Edition" will air June 22.
