MAHONING COUNTY Grand Jury

A Mahoning County grand jury secretly indicted three men on drug charges, one on four counts of trafficking in drugs, one count of possession of drugs and a forfeiture specification; one on two counts of possession of drugs with forfeiture specifications; and the third on one count of possession of cocaine and four counts of trafficking in cocaine. The grand jury also indicted these people Thursday:

Kim A. Marciano, 43, Notre Dame Avenue, Campbell, and Atlanta, Ga.; unauthorized use of a vehicle, passing bad checks.
Michael Mele, 19, Niles Cortland Road, Niles, and John Pratt, 35, Tarrytown Lane, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
Cory Cracraft, 18, Chapman Street, Youngstown; breaking and entering.
Marcia Michelle Watkins, 46, Willis Avenue, Youngstown; felonious assault.
Charles Paige, 47, Market Street, Youngstown; breaking and entering.
Weyman Jackson Sr., 62, and Shirley Jackson, 57, both of Spring Meadow Circle, Youngstown; assault.
Paul M. Pickett, 28, Youngstown-Warren Road, Youngstown; trafficking in cocaine, permitting drug abuse, forfeiture specifications.
Richard L. McNeal, 39, Western-Reserve Road, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
Carson E. Flakes, 33, East La Clede Avenue, Youngstown; burglary, domestic violence.
Stephen M. Jackson, 22, Delaware, Ohio; possession of cocaine, trafficking in heroin, forfeiture specifications.
Charles Black, 34, Boston Avenue, Youngstown; possession of cocaine, breaking and entering.
Jody Gallagher, 22, Brandon Avenue, Youngstown; receiving stolen property, forgery (three counts)
Richard Helms, 42, Himrod Avenue, Youngstown; receiving stolen property, forgery (three counts).
Anthony Scrutchen Jr., 20, Choice Court, Youngstown; improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, possession of cocaine.
Gregory L. Beck, 24, Hilton Avenue, Youngstown; convicted felon in possession of weapons.
Cornell Kennedy, 21, Seneca Street, Youngstown; failure to comply with the signal or order of a police officer, convicted felon in possession of weapons, carrying concealed weapons, aggravated possession of drugs, forfeiture specification.
Paul Neyman, 24, Steel Street, Youngstown; burglary.
Mahala Wallace, 49, Cohasset Drive, Youngstown; burglary, theft.
Ivory M. Young, 19, Brentwood Avenue, Youngstown; criminal trespass.
Deondray L. Robinson, 19, Delaware Avenue, Youngstown and Deaunte T. Riley, 18, South Avenue, Youngstown; complicity to aggravated robbery, two counts of complicity to felonious assault, three counts of aggravated robbery, felonious assault, firearms specifications to all counts.
