English plans meeting
U.S. Rep. Phil English of Erie, Pa., R-3rd, will have a town hall meeting from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Pine Grove Community Center, Grove City, Pa. English said he wants to hear about residents' concerns on local and national issues.
