Astro's Susany leads way in 8-7 win over Trucking



Five walks and five errors helped Rondinelli Tuxedo to a 10-0 win over Express.
STRUTHERS -- Corey Susany's fourth hit of the game, a double, scored Andy Onufrak with the go-ahead run as the Astro Falcons (9-3) defeated R & amp; J Trucking 8-7 in 10 innings in a Class B League game Monday at Cene Park.
Onufrak had reached on a double and he turned a game-ending double play in the bottom of the inning. Matt Wier went five innings of scoreless relief for the win, his third of the year. Kyle Smith pitched the first five plus innings and had six strikeouts. Jared Bartholomew added two hits for Astro.
C.J. Morris had three hits for R & amp; J Trucking (9-3) while Ed Rohan, Jim Pasquine, Tyler Manfull and Steve McNeely added two hits each. Pasquine (2-1) suffered the loss in relief of Greg Brown who pitched the first 61/3 innings.
Pasquine allowed just three hits and had five strikeouts.
Rondinelli Tuxedo 10,Youngstown Express 0
Rondinelli only had three hits but used five walks and five Express errors to score seven unearned runs in moving to 9-3 on the year. Matt Katich had a single and a double while Luke Summers went the distance allowing three hits with two strikeouts.
Ryan Walters, who allowed one earned run, suffered the loss for Express. He had a single.
Wharmby Sports 10,Roth Brothers 1
Wharmby pounded out 14 hits in the win over Roth. John Pitzulo, Mike Kampfer and Mark Babyak had two hits each for Wharmby (8-4). Babyak had three RBIs. Zack Revale (2-0) had six strikeouts in four innings of relief for the win.
Luke Rambo took the loss for Roth (1-11) but had an RBI single, while Cory Sternthal added a double.
Games postponed from June 4 will be played today at Cene Park.
