Safety day to be held at Mosquito Lake State Park

BAZETTA -- The Bazetta Police Department and the Mosquito Lake Marina will host a safety day from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Mosquito Lake State Park.
Activities will include free fingerprinting for children and free gunlocks.
The highlight of the day will be the landing of a helicopter ambulance at noon.
Also, Heather Merritt from Birds in Flight Sanctuary in Lake Milton will display several different species of birds.
Several officers from local, stateand national agencies will be on hand, including the Ohio Division of Watercraft, Ohio Division of Wildlife and the Army Corp of Engineers.
The Coast Guard Auxiliary will also be available to do boat inspections.
