Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals at noon weekdays at nine locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and transportation is available. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, June 14: Swedish meatballs with gravy, buttered noodles, brussels sprouts, dinner roll with margarine, sugar cookie (sugar-free rocky road available) and milk.
Thursday, June 15: Swiss steak with onion, mashed potatoes with gravy, peas, biscuit with margarine, regular or unsweetened fruited gelatin and milk.
Friday, June 16: Meatloaf with gravy, macaroni and cheese, broccoli cuts, wheat roll with margarine, oatmeal cookie (unsweetened ginger snaps available) and milk.
Saturday, June 17: Ham and cheese on rye bread with mustard, carrots with ranch dressing, orange, unsweetened cherry gelatin and milk.
Monday, June 19: Pepper steak with gravy, scalloped potatoes, oriental mix vegetables, wheat bread with margarine, marshmallow pie (unsweetened chocolate chip cookie available) and milk.
Tuesday, June 20: Rotini and meatballs with sauce, lima beans, shredded lettuce with ranch dressing, dinner roll with margarine, watermelon and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.
