Eat right, if you know what's good for you

KNIGHT RIDDER NEWSPAPERS
You're drinking pomegranate juice, swallowing blue berries, ordering salmon, sipping white tea and even nibbling on a bit of dark chocolate.
And just when you think you have the healthy diet thing under control, something else turns up to add to your shopping list. By now you may know about acai (pronounced ah-sigh-ee), a fruit harvested in the rain forests of Brazil.
The pulp is said to contain a high concentration of antioxidants that combat premature aging and promote cardiovascular and digestive health and more. Oprah's Web site puts it in the list of top 10 superfoods. It is available in juice or smoothie s at health food and some grocery stores.
But the good news is if you have a hint of a sweet tooth, Borba is marketing acai in gummy bears and jelly beans. The candy is billed as organic and fat-free with no artificial preservatives. Eva Longoria and Hilary Duff are said to be fans. Sources include Sephora (sephora.com), Nordstrom (nordstrom.com ) and borba.net, where the candies are $25 a bottle.
