Kathryn Geskey, Brian Carnie to wed on July 22

CANFIELD -- Announced by Michael and Audrey Geskey of Canfield is the engagement of their daughter, Kathryn Marie Geskey, and Brian Michael Carnie, a son of William and Annette Carnie of Youngstown.
The couple will be married in an open ceremony at 2 p.m. July 22 at St. Edward Church, Youngstown. Invitations will be extended for a reception to follow at the Byzantine Center at the Grove, also in Youngstown.
The bride-elect graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in English and is an English teacher at Boardman High School.
The future groom earned a bachelor's degree at Bowling Green State University and is a probation officer at the Mahoning County Juvenile Justice Center, Youngstown.
