"Deal or No Deal" (8 p.m., NBC): "Deal" is upping the stakes for its freshman season finale. The show expands to 90 minutes, and the grand prize's sum is being bumped up to $5 million. And to cap it off, Celine Dion will appear via satellite to help a player make a major decision. So far no one has won the $1 million hidden within one of 26 briefcases. The biggest amount won this season was $464,000 (obtained from a deal with the show's shadowy banker). One contestant had the $1 million briefcase but unwittingly traded it away for $215,000. Nonetheless, "Deal" has remained an unexpected hit for a network sorely in need of popular programming in prime time. It is NBC's No. 1 show in the 8 o'clock hour this season (though that's hardly a competitive field). Howie Mandel is host.
"The Apprentice" (9:30 p.m., NBC): No offense, but "The Apprentice" has pretty much fallen off the radar. The die-hards, however, should be aware that the latest installment comes to a climax tonight with a 90-minute finale in which The Donald selects his next victim, er, highly prized employee.
2006 ALMA Awards (9:30 p.m., ABC): "Desperate Housewives" star Eva Longoria hosts the 2006 ALMA Awards, an event that honors achievements of Hispanics in television, film and music. Among the scheduled performers are Brian McKnight, Big & amp; Rich, Cowboy Troy and Emilio.
"Fast Incorporated" (10:30 p.m., MTV): Better buckle up. The new reality series "Fast Incorporated" promises to take viewers on a wild ride with members of a company that specializes in tracking down rare and eye-popping rides for Hollywood celebrities. Their list of clients includes Britney Spears, P. Diddy, Matthew McConaughey and Pamela Anderson.
"Facing Life: The Retrial of Evan Zimmerman" (9 p.m., A & amp;E): When Evan Zimmerman's ex-girlfriend, Kathy Thompson, was murdered on her wedding night, her new husband had a perfect alibi -- one that made Zimmerman the leading suspect. Although he proclaimed his innocence, he was investigated, arrested, convicted and sent to prison for life. But three years later -- with help from law students and professors at the University of Wisconsin Innocence Project -- he won a new trial on appeal, and with it a second chance to clear his name. But before that happened, the prosecutor offered him a deal: plead guilty to a lesser charge and go free. "Facing Life: The Retrial of Evan Zimmerman," a two-hour documentary premiering tonight, documents his choice to reject tainted freedom in an effort to prove his innocence.
"Plastic Disasters" (10 p.m., HBO): Cosmetic surgery offers the promise of beauty, recaptured youth and a way to battle the aging process. But as this documentary shows, when routine procedures produce less-than-perfect results, some patients become trapped in a cycle of corrective surgeries, triggering unexpected health problems.
"Tom Goes To The Mayor" (12:30 a.m. Cartoon Network): Tom begins a second season by selling My Big Cups.
"Lovespring International" (11 p.m. Lifetime): Matchmakers have no clue how to handle their own lives in this new improvised sitcom.
