Seniors for Safe Driving programs in Mercer County are scheduled for the following dates: Westbury Retirement Community, Meadville, Pa., 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. June 14 and June 15; Trinity Presbyterian Church, Mercer, Pa., 6 to 9:30 p.m., June 15 and June 22; Trinity Living Center, Grove City, Pa., 1:30 to 5 p.m. June 20 and June 21; Whispering Oaks, Hermitage, Pa., 6 to 9:30 p.m. June 27 and June 28; Hermitage HealthPlace, Hermitage, 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., July 6 and July 7; East Main Presbyterian Church, Grove City, 5:30 to 9 p.m., July 13 and July 20; and UPMC Horizon, Greenville, Pa., 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. July 17 and July 18. Warren S.C.O.P.E. will sponsor a free, public Wild West Weekend from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. June 10 and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. June 11 at the center, 220 W. Market St.. Featured will be games for adults and children. Entertainment will be by Wendell Lauth, local historian; the Friendly Trapper; the Shawnee Pow Wow dancers from Oklahoma; Road Work, Grove Dawg and Nelson Ledges Travelers bands; Carol Bovee and Jane Christopher, country singers; and professional square and line dancers. An ox roast will be prepared by Mesopotamia Fire Department.
