Man flown from crash scene

HUBBARD -- A man was flown by helicopter from the scene of a collision between a Jeep and a tractor-trailer truck on the Interstate 80 eastbound on ramp from U.S. Route 62 early Saturday evening.
Police closed the intersection of Route 62 and Masury Road to enable the Pittsburgh-based helicopter to take off, but a dispatcher did not know where the patient was being taken after the 7:28 p.m. accident.
Among those at the scene were the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the Hubbard Fire Department, Hubbard city and township police, and a Brookfield Township ambulance.
