Canfield Chapter 3104, AARP, will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at Canfield Presbyterian Church. Blood pressure screening will be from noon to 1. Frank Tomaino, Newton Township police chief, will speak on "The New Ohio Terrorism Awareness Program." This is the final day for payment for the following trips: "Wicked" and dinner in Cleveland, June 22; Canadian trip, July 6-18; and Chicago, Oct. 4-6. A meeting of the Retired Policemen, Firemen and Widows will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at the clubrooms of Brandywine Apartments. Final plans will be made for the summer picnic, and health-care issues will be discussed.

Steelworkers Retirees Local Union 1330 and 1331, SOAR Chapters 27-2 and 27-6 will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Sam Camens Center, Salt Springs Road, for the annual picnic. Reservations are required.
ST. CYRIL
Election of officers will be held during a meeting of St. Cyril Seniors to be held Thursday after the 11:30 a.m. Mass. A catered lunch will be served at noon in the church hall. Reservations are required by Monday. Birthdays and anniversaries will be acknowledged, and there will be a raffle and bingo. The annual membership dues will be collected.
ST. JOSEPH
St. Joseph Goldenagers of Austintown will meet for an indoor picnic at 11:30 a.m. Thursday in Lyons Hall with Evelyn Menaldi presiding and Betty Connors reading the thought of the day. Members are asked to take a dozen or more finger foods; cake will be provided. Cards and bingo will be played, a 50-50 raffle will be held, and birthdays and anniversaries will be observed. Adeline Matteo will send get-well cards. The next meeting will be in September.

St. Rose Senior Parishioners will meet at noon Thursday at the lower level of the rectory after the 11:30 a.m. officers meeting. Father's Day will be observed and pizza served.
