Dozens of trophies to be won at car show

BOARDMAN -- The 28th annual Mahoning Valley Olde Car Club's Car Show will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday in Boardman Park.
There will be a large number of cars and trucks, from antiques to hot rods, on display.
The event is free.
Registration begins at 8 a.m., and trophies will be given away in more than 28 classes. There also is a kids show, with nine age groups, that will be giving away 16 trophies.
The main show area will be at Maag Pavilion, where there will be a disc jockey, food vendors, exhibitors, Chinese auction and a bake sale. The first 250 entries will receive dash plaques.
