Vows renewed as Hills observe 50th anniversary

XGIRARD -- Mr. and Mrs. Bob Hill, 1057 Beechwood Drive, renewed their nuptial vows on June 30 at First Christian Church, where they were united in marriage on that date in 1956.
A reception was held in honor of the couple afterward at McMenamy's in Niles.
Hosts for the celebration were the couple's daughters and son-in-law, Sherri Hill of Bradenton, Fla., and Lori and Greg Burrows of Liberty Township. The couple also have two stepgrandchildren and one stepgreat-grandchild.
Mrs. Hill, the former Ruth Fritz, retired in 2001 from the National Shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon in North Jackson, where she was a bookkeeper.
Mr. Hill was a service manager with State Chevrolet-Cadillac in Youngstown prior to retiring in 1998. He is a past master of Masonic Lodge 507 and a Scottish Rite 32nd degree Mason in Youngstown.
