Outdoor party held to celebrate Saulino jubilee

XBOARDMAN -- A outdoor party was held July 15 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Saulino, 5219 Glenwood Ave., where the couple's 50th wedding anniversary was celebrated with family and friends.
Arrangements for the event were made by their children, Michael Saulino of Terrytown, La.; Raymond Saulino Jr. of Sissonville, W.Va.; Deborah Roberts of Harvey, La.; and Cynthia Pitre of Slidell, La.
The Saulinos have seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
On July 14, 1956, the former Helen Koval and Mr. Saulino were united in marriage at St. Casimir Church in Youngstown. They are members of St. Christine Church and of ITAM Post 3, both in Youngstown.
Mrs. Saulino worked as a coiler for General Electric in Youngstown until she retired in 1960.
Mr. Saulino served with the U.S. Army from 1953 to 1955. He retired in 1991 from Conrail Railroad, where he was a conductor.
