XCHARDON -- Melissa Vrabel, a daughter of Joe and Nadene Vrabel, 44 Centennial Drive, Poland, and Andrew Cardinal, a son of Eric Cardinal of Chardon and Jar & eacute; Cardinal of Salamanca, N.Y., were married June 30 at the home of the groom's father on Mitchell Mills Road.
The Rev. Brian Bagley-Bonner performed the 5 p.m. ceremony, and a reception followed at The Kirtlander in Kirtland.
They live at 10994 North St., Garrettsville, after returning from a wedding trip to Cozumel, Mexico.
Beaded corded lace enhanced the bride's strapless white A-line gown, and the skirt swept into a chapel train.
Cinnamon gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Alanna Thorsell, and the bridesmaids, Mary Vrabel, the bride's sister-in-law; Sarah Read, the groom's sister; Sarah Orr; Kim Nocera; and Lyndsay Cummins. Flower girl was Camielle Cummins.
Best man was Greg Young, and groomsmen were Jeff Vrabel Sr., brother of the bride; Mike Read, the groom's brother-in-law; Rick Pellin; Mark Lisachenko; and Brian Titus. Ring bearer was Jeffrey Vrabel Jr., nephew and godson of the bride.
Mrs. Cardinal graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's and a master's degree. She is a teacher and coach with Cardinal Local School District in Middlefield.
Mr. Cardinal, a teacher and coach with Cardinal Local School District, earned a bachelor's degree at Hiram College and a master's at Lake Erie College.
