Minivan hits Amish buggy, killing girl, 8



ASHLAND, Ohio (AP) -- A woman drove her minivan into the back of a horse-drawn buggy, killing an Amish girl and injuring four members of her family, authorities said.
Levi and Delilah Swartzentruber and their five children were thrown from the buggy in Sunday's accident on U.S. 42, near this city about 55 miles southwest of Cleveland, the Ohio State Highway Patrol said. No charges have been filed, but the crash remained under investigation.
Elizabeth Swartzentruber, 8, died Monday at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, a nursing supervisor said. Her mother, Delilah Swartzentruber, 31, was in critical condition.
Henry Swartzentruber, 6, and sisters Katie, 5, and Sara, 2, were treated and sent home. Details of their injuries weren't available.
