Motorcyclist injured in Route 45 crash

ELLSWORTH -- A motorcyclist was injured after he failed to negotiate a curve and was thrown from his bike on state Route 45 in the township, the Ohio State Highway Patrol said.
The patrol's Canfield post said Bryan M. Treharn, 31, of Youngstown, was southbound on Route 45 just south of Western Reserve Road when the accident happened at 2:35 p.m. Sunday.
Police said Treharn hit a guardrail and was thrown to the road. He was taken by medical helicopter to St. Elizabeth Health Center. His condition was not available by press time.
