Friends, family attend celebration celebration of McGinnis 65th year

XAUSTINTOWN -- On July 12 family members and friends gathered at the home of Mr. and Mrs. James Edward McGinnis, 3821 Frederick St., to honor the couple on the occasion of their 65th wedding anniversary.
The former Catherine Cronk and Mr. McGinnis were united in marriage July 12, 1941, at Immaculate Conception Church in Youngstown.
They have lived in the Youngstown area all their married lives and are active members of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church.
Mr. and Mrs. McGinnis have six children, 13 grandchildren and more than 20 great-grandchildren.
Mr. McGinnis is a World War II veteran.
