Nominations will be accepted until Aug. 18 for the second annual SCOPE Inc. Society of Honors. The event will celebrate the achievements of people 55 and older in Trumbull County. Recipients will be recognized at a luncheon at noon Sept. 12 at Squaw Creek Avalon Lakes Country Club in Vienna. Tickets cost $25. Sponsorships are available at the diamond level for $1,000 and at the emerald level for $500. Program advertisement ranges from $25 for a quarter page to $100 for a full page.
