MAHONING COUNTY
Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals at noon weekdays at nine locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and transportation is available. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, July 26: Stuffed pepper with sauce, mashed potatoes, yellow squash, wheat bread with margarine, spice cake (angel food cake and diet pudding available) and milk.
Thursday, July 27: Turkey with gravy, stuffing, mashed yams, peas and pearl onions, birthday cake (diet fruit mix available) and milk.
Friday, July 28: Fish with tartar sauce, cheesy onion mashed potatoes, spinach with vinegar, rye bread with margarine, pear and milk.
Saturday, July 29: Roast beef on hamburger bun with barbecue sauce, three-bean salad with Italian dressing, apple, diet chocolate chip cookie and milk.
Monday, July 31: Beef stroganoff, California mixed vegetables, lettuce with Italian dressing, biscuit with margarine, oatmeal cream cookie (diet gingersnaps available) and milk.
Tuesday, Aug. 1: Meatballs with sauce and Parmesan cheese on a bun, corn, diet applesauce, regular or diet Sutliff dessert and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.
Wednesday, July 26: Stuffed pepper, mashed potatoes, sliced yellow squash, wheat bread with margarine, spice cake (angel food cake and diet pudding available) and milk.
Thursday, July 27: Baked turkey with gravy, stuffing, sweet potatoes, peas, regular or diet fruit mix and milk.
Friday, July 28: Baked fish with tartar sauce, cheesy onion mashed potatoes, spinach with vinegar, rye bread with margarine, pear and milk.
Monday, July 31: Beef stroganoff, California mixed vegetables, tossed salad with Italian dressing, biscuit with margarine, oatmeal cream cookie (diet gingersnaps available) and milk.
Tuesday, Aug. 1: Meatball splash on a bun with sauce and Parmesan cheese, corn, diet applesauce, regular or diet Sutliff dessert and milk.
