SounDoctrine, a Youngstown-based alternative jazz funk band, will headline the Bean Counter's second annual Wine & amp; Jazz Fest. Resurrection II and Geo C and tha Storm will also perform in front of the downtown Youngstown eatery, near the corner of Wick and Federal. The show begins at 8 p.m. and is free to the public.
