A July 5 article about a lawsuit filed by Elaine M. Krauss of Warren against Lois E. Stitt of Hubbard, administratrix of the estate of Keith M. Stitt, might have led readers to believe that Krauss and Keith Stitt were going to be married the day the two were involved in a motorcycle-deer accident in which he was killed. Oct. 8, 2003 was the date of the accident, not the date they were to be married. The story also said the lawsuit would be returning to Trumbull County Common Pleas Court from the 11th District Court of Appeals for a jury to decide. One of the lawyers in the case said that is one option, but another option is that the case could be appealed to the Ohio Supreme Court.
