Van-truck accident leaves 1 dead, 3 injured

COLUMBIANA -- An accident involving a van and truck about 4:50 p.m. Sunday on state Route 11 just south of the Mahoning County line left one person dead and three injured. The fatality and injuries were among the van occupants.
The driver of the truck, who was not injured, fled the scene on foot but was later apprehended by the Ohio State Highway Patrol Lisbon Post. The OSHP is still investigating the accident.
