One-car crash injures Lisbon resident

LISBON -- William Rupp, 92, of Steubenville-Pike Road, was flown to St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Youngstown after losing control of his car and hitting several signs and two parked vehicles about 4:30 p.m. Sunday.
Rupp, who was alone in the car, was northbound on state Route 164 into the village when the accident occurred near the Agland Co-Op Inc., police said.
At press time, Rupp was being evaluated in the emergency room at St. Elizabeth.
