Winingers mark 50th anniversary with celebration

XWEATHERFORD, Okla. -- The 50th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Conrad Wininger of Weatherford was celebrated with family and friends June 17 at the Thomas Stafford Air and Space Museum.
Mr. Wininger and the former Donna Buttermore of Youngstown were united in marriage June 16, 1956, at the Gibson Heights Presbyterian Church in Youngstown.
The Winingers traveled with the Air Force for 20 years, during which they lived in Ohio, England, Kansas, Texas and Oklahoma.
The couple's five children and their spouses hosted the celebration. They are Glen and Terry Wininger of Port Matilda, Pa.; Kevin and Crystal Wininger of Iowa Park, Texas; Karen and Brent Thompson of Lacy, Wash.; and Carie and Charles Strauch and Bonnie and Joe Ridley, all of Weatherford. There are also 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren in the family.
